1. Return & Refund Policy

If you encounter any problem with the item you received, please contact us by sending an email to our support team. Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. When submitting your request, please provide your order number along with the email address used for the purchase. You should also attach photos or videos that clearly show the issue, such as a defective product, printing errors, or an item that differs significantly from what was advertised on our website. After reviewing your request, we will either send you a replacement item based on your preference or issue a refund without requiring the defective product to be returned.

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement product, the refund will be processed and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that refunds only cover the cost of the product itself. Shipping fees and taxes are not included in the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund has not appeared yet, please check your bank account again.
  • After that, contact your credit card provider as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • You may also need to reach out to your bank since refunds sometimes require additional processing time.
  • If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mavivy.shop.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed. After this 12-hour period, we are unable to process cancellations because the order may already be in preparation or processing for shipment. Once this timeframe has passed, the order will continue to be processed and delivered as scheduled.

Please be aware that orders that have already been assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued once the order has been shipped. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
