Return Policy

If you experience any problem with the product you received, please contact us by sending a complaint to our email. Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Kindly include your order number and the email address used when placing the order. In addition, please provide photos or videos clearly showing the defective item, printing issues, or any significant difference from the product description on our website. After reviewing your request, we will promptly send a replacement according to your preference or issue a refund without requiring you to return the defective item.

If you choose to receive a refund instead of a replacement product, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or the original payment method within 3 days.

Please note that the refunded amount only includes the product price. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • After that, you may want to reach out to your bank because refunds sometimes require additional processing time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After this period, we are unable to process cancellations because the order may already be in preparation for shipment. Once the 12-hour window has passed, the order will continue to be processed and shipped as scheduled.

Please be aware that orders with an assigned tracking number cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued once the package has been shipped. We kindly ask that you review your purchase carefully before completing your order.
